Grandma Hale’s Artichoke Dip

1 cup mayonnaise
1cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 4-oz. cans diced green chili peppers
1 can non-marinated artichokes (cut and drained)
16 oz. cheddar cheese, grated

Mix together, cover with foil in an oven-proof dish and heat through at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers, chips, veggies, or on taco salad.
